Where decisions that impact everyone in our society are taken into consideration and unconscious bias is removed from business processes and decision making.

What I believe

I believe we can have interesting, impactful and fulfilling careers, without “leaning in”, saying “yes” to everything and everyone, and putting ourselves last.

I believe it’s essential for the skills considered feminine such as collaboration, intuition, empathy and inclusion to be celebrated and rewarded as much as traditional masculine, linear skills.

 

I​ believe when it comes to data and AI we need to be people-centric first and data-centric second.
